This is our 8th anniversary first time visiting Panama city.We got here about 2 1/2ish hours early even after going slow from bad accident and storming. The host at the front desk was nice polite but wouldn't allow us to check in early.Which we knew but I asked for bathroom. She said there's no bathroom here,but make sure you have this this n this for check in.I said I have everything here now.No problem,we'll just go sight seeing and I'll find a bathroom. Also when we first walked in the lobby there was a big white guy sitting on the counter before we walked up to the front desk.I thought that was weird to see when first coming in. BUT..The best host at the front desk was Vipul.He was so polite,respectful ,and very helpful in every way.Thanks Vipul. The room has 4 items that need to be removed.Too old n dirty to be part of the attire for the room...2 chairs,a stool and a lamp.The bed,dressers and other attire was good.Bathroom fine.Lots of toiletries and other items.

For the price, this was a wonderful stay. Had rooms available for that night when we dropped by at midnight, and the workers were extremely nice and understanding. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and everything was great.

First time in Panama Beach. Was here for my son’s birthday. The hotel is in a great location. Specially, if you have kids, they had Ripleys believe it or not. and wonderworks I have putt putt next-door go carts across the street rides down the street they had everything so the location was really good. The hotel was not bad at all. Especially for the price. Customer service was great front Desk was good and I like that at the end of the stay you do get your money back right away. You don’t have to wait sometimes like you do with the other ones we were July 6 through the ninth 2023. I gave it a 4 1/2.**** Would stay here again

You come as guest, you leave as friends, and your return over and over again as family. I love the environment. I love the upgrades to the beautiful rooms. I love the atmosphere. This is the only hotel. I stay in when I’m in Panama City Beach..

Great location, great prices and clean and comfortable rooms. My husband has cancer and we needed to check in early because we had been traveling all day and the young indian man was very sweet and helpful and got us checked in quickly. He was super nice the entire time we stayed and constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our booking for a few days. Will definitely be staying here again.

Outside and inside newly renovated. The rooms are nice, bed comfy and it was way better than I expected. It was located near the beaches, food and entertainment for children. I would definitely come back.

I went into this knowing exactly what I was getting- so please be aware. My fiancé and I are extremely low maintenance, uncaring people. We just needed a cheap staging area so we could be on the beach all day. And if that’s what you are looking for- look no further! This place was more than we expected and I’m very pleased. As I stated, my fiancé and I are beach bums and essentially just needed a bed and a shower and a safe place to keep our stuff and Executive Inn delivered. Listen, we are not made of money. But we strongly believe you need to make time to chillax or you will never survive this world. And like I mentioned, we are not made of money. This is not a resort hotel. And if you go in expecting that, you are going to be disappointed. This is a safe place to rest your head. A shower that works. An AC and a comfy bed. Our room was cozy and clean. The dude checking us in was super cool. Cleaning staff was super cool. Location was great- close to St. Andrews and Laguna Beach. Although it didn’t pertain to us, it also seemed to be adjacent to many kid friendly activities. The comforter was a little sketch, but our sheets were clean and obviously fresh. We always bring our own blankets and pillows anyways. So overall a solid 10/10. Will 100% be coming back next year. Low budget vacations can still be great ones.

We actually came here to buy a fish aquarium they had in their lobby. As soon as we walked in the place smelled clean. They had to move a brochure stand out of the area so we could fit the aquarium out of the front door. I assumed it would be a little dirty behind it but nope, it was even clean. As someone who is obsessed with clean spaces, I was impressed with the place. Shout out to the manager, Katherine, who was working the front desk. She was very helpful, kind, and professional. If I was a tourist or someone who needed a room, I'd definitely book me a room here. Prime location! Right across from Race City where the whole family can have fun.

Wow, let me just start by saying that my recent stay at this motel was absolutely unforgettable! I must say that the overall experience was truly amazing. The atmosphere was simply electric - I loved the sense of community that was palpable in the air, as people gathered in the parking lot to socialize and have a great time. As soon as I stepped out from my car I noticed a few people smoking weed, it just added to the lively vibe and made it all the more fun! All in all, my stay at this motel was an absolute blast. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and unconventional getaway. It's the perfect place to let loose, have some fun, and create memories that will last a lifetime!

We arrived at 10:30pm on a Friday night. The office attendant was very friendly and worked quickly to get us in our room. It is an older hotel, but the room was clean, sheets were fresh and clean the bed was comfortable. Our room was on the back side of the building and it was nice and quiet. I was concerned about noise as it is directly across the street from an amusement park. There is a $100 deposit required upon arrival, but it is refundable after check out. I would definitely stay again.
